1. About Us

DailyRashan is a local grocery delivery service run by Bikash Mohanty, serving Bhismagiri and the surrounding villages in Ganjam, Odisha.

2. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order on our website is a request to purchase, not a guaranteed sale. An order is confirmed once it shows as "Placed" in your account. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust an order if an item turns out to be unavailable or out of stock at the time of packing - in that case we will contact you before delivery.

3. Pricing

Prices shown at checkout are the prices you pay. Prices may change from time to time to reflect market rates, but any change will not affect an order you have already placed.

4. Delivery

We currently deliver only to pincodes we've marked as serviceable at checkout. Delivery times shown are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by weather, road conditions, or order volume.

5. Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Please keep exact change ready where possible.

6. Order Cancellation

You may request a cancellation by calling us before your order is out for delivery. Once an order is out for delivery, it generally cannot be cancelled.

7. Limitation of Liability

We aim to deliver fresh, correct orders every time. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (weather, road closures, etc.). For issues with the items you received, please see our Refund & Return Policy.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally to reflect changes in how we operate. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised terms.
